Speaker Announcement: Carlos Fortner, Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos
We are delighted to announce that Carlos Fortner, Vice President – Operations of Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos will be speaking at the World Mail & Express Americas Conference 2019 (WMX Americas).
Carlos graduated civil engineering at Escola Politécnica – Universidade de São Paulo, in 1984, joined the public sector after 25 years’ experience in the private sector; he joined Correios in 2017 as CFO, and served as CEO until early November 2018, when he was invited to continue as COO by Mr. Juarez Cunha, who succeeded him as President of the Brazilian Post.
